TERMS

AGE & IDENTIFICATON
Under the Tattooing of Minors Act 1969, it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. Parental consent does not override this law.

Clients must provide physical government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or driving licence) before any work begins.

 

DEPOSITS & BOOKING FEES
Securing an appointment requires a non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from the final cost of the tattoo.

Appointments will not be secured until the deposit has been received. Design work will not commence until the appointment has been secured.

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours to reschedule an appointment to ensure the deposit is transferrable. Failure to provide this will result in the deposit being forfeited.

If a client fails to attend their appointment (no-show) the deposit will be forfeited and they will be required to pre-pay for their tattoo to secure another appointment.
 

 

HEALTH, SAFETY & CONDUCT
I will refuse service if any client attends their appointment under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In this instance, the deposit will be forfeited.

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, current medication or if they are pregnant or breastfeeding. I cannot provide a service to anyone currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

Clients on medication or with medical conditions that may affect them getting a tattoo must seek medical advice from their GP. I am unable to advise on the suitability of a tattoo based on any medical information provided.

I reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behaviour, aggressive language or if the desired design is offensive or inappropriate. My decision on this is final.

 

DESIGNS
Substantial changes to the design will incur a re-design fee. This will be priced dependant on the design.

Amends will be subject to fair usage, and multiple amends and changes will incur a fee.

AFTERCARE
I will provide aftercare instructions during every appointment. I will not accept responsibility for the final tattoo result for any clients that fail to follow the correct aftercare procedures and recommendations.
